A young girl secretly sacrificed her cherished cornhusk doll, adorned with a blue feather, into the flames. The next morning, the hills and valleys were covered in beautiful blue flowers." In 1901, the 27th Texas State legislature officially made the Bluebonnet the state flower. This is an acrylic finger painting, textured with modeling paste and glitter.
